Refund Policy
NIKI PROMISES ON PROVIDING YOU WITH EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE AND EXCELLENT CUSTOMER CARE.
Niki does NOT issue refunds on Salon services. However, should you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received by Niki, please notify Niki within two days of your service. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we require that you send proper photos or return to the salon so that your hair can be visually inspected. At that time, Niki will make every effort to make any adjustments to your satisfaction by rescheduling you. Adjustments are made with an up front estimate of any ADDITIONAL cost to get you where you want to be. NO COST fixes are ONLY given when there is an obvious mistake determined by Niki and/or other licensed stylist. Corrections on those isolated areas are the ONLY thing that will be fixed at no cost. (NOT AN ENTIRE SERVICE)
